1) How can I have information regarding D-ITG news and updates ?
If you want to receive D-ITG news and updates, please follow the indications present at the Registration Page.

2) Why we have negative values of the delay?
D-ITG does not provide any sort of synchronization among senders and receivers.
In order to correctly measure packet One Way Delay (OWD), the clocks of sender and receiver must be synchronized by other means (by using NTP, GPS, ...). Otherwise, we suggest to use the Round Trip Time (RTT) meter. It is another feature of D-ITG.

3) May I have information on D-ITG license ?
D-ITG is open-source and completely free. For professional services please refer to D-ITGPro.

4) How can I contact you?
Please direct comments, technical questions and inquiries about D-ITG and its Web site to D-ITG email. For professional services please direct your inquiries to D-ITGPro email.
